Are you a creative and detail-oriented marketer ready to make a significant impact? We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month contract, with a possibility of extension. This role produces a range of communications and marketing materials to inform, support, promote and engage ETI's external and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide internal marketing and communication assistance to multiple departments

- Plan, execute and report on email campaigns and newsletters using tools like Mailchimp and Dynamics 365 Marketing to members, EGT host employers, electrical apprentices and learns at CET & Equip-Safe

- Create and refine a variety of digital and print materials, from brochures to signage, ensuring professional and impactful designs to:

- Promote events, membership services to members & potential members

- Recruit apprentices, acquire host employers and promote EGT events & partnerships

- Recruit learners for school based and on campus pre-apprenticeships, apprenticeships, post trade and high-risk courses.

- Assist in updating and adding content and imagery to the ECA, CET & EGT websites and social media platforms in support of email and marketing activities

- Handle marketing administration such as quotes, purchase orders and other administrative tasks to support marketing efforts efficiently

What you'll need to succeed:

- Strong copywriting skills & attention to detail

- Problem-solving skills.

- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and be goal oriented.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- The ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

- Intermediate graphic design skills

Essential:

- Formal qualifications in marketing and/or communications or minimum 2 years’ experience within a similar role

- Experience using Canva and the Adobe Suite for graphic design purposes (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)

- Experience creating and optimising eDMs





- Experience using website content management systems to add and edit copy and imagery

Desirable:

- Formal qualifications in graphic design

- Experience in communications/marketing for a membership organisation or education provider.
