About Our Client
We have multiple clients across the Gold Coast including but not limited to Carrara and Burleigh Heads with a focus on warehousing and manufacturing. They are currently seeking experienced labourers and storeworkers to join their team ASAP.
What You Will Be Doing
With multiple different roles available, successful candidates will be required to work Monday to Friday across variable shift times. Pay rates will vary depending on position but can range between $34-$35.50 per hour.
- Depending on your position you will be responsible for the below duties;
- Operate plant machinery as well as hand and power tools to sand, smooth and shape fibreglass components
- Apply fillers or resins where required to achieve a smooth finish
- Inspect fibreglass products for defects, cracks, or air bubbles and perform necessary repairs
- Pick and Pack bulk order ensuring accuracy in line with purchase orders and pick slips
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse
- Assist in inventory management tasks such as occasional stocktakes
- Collaborate with other team members to prioritise orders and meet deadlines
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
What You Will Need
- Drivers Licence & reliable transport
- Previous experience in factory or warehousing environments
- Ability to pass Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
- Physically fit as the work will be labour intensive
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable & punctual
