About the Role

As a Dental Assistant, you'll play an integral role in delivering an exceptional patient experience from the moment patients arrive until they leave with a smile. You'll work closely with our dentists and clinical team to ensure every appointment runs smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and infection control.

This is a full-time position, including Saturdays.

Hourly Rate: $30+ per hour, depending on experience.

Your Responsibilities

- Chairside assisting across a wide range of dental procedures

- Preparing treatment rooms and instruments

- Maintaining exceptional sterilisation and infection control standards





- Assisting with appointment flow to ensure efficient daily operations

- Supporting patients throughout their treatment with warmth and professionalism

- Assisting with digital workflows including CEREC and implant procedures where required

- Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment

About You

To be successful, you will have:

- Minimum 3 years' dental assisting experience

- A caring, friendly and professional manner

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Knowledge of D4W (highly regarded)

- Experience in general dentistry

- Experience assisting with root canal treatment, crown and bridge, CEREC, surgical extractions and dental implant placement (advantageous)

- The ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team

- A commitment to delivering outstanding patient care

- Flexibility to work late nights and Saturdays as part of the roster
