We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, team-oriented, and highly organized individual with strong attention to detail to join our team in a full time Internal Sales role.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing counter sales support and servicing domestic and industrial contractors.
- Processing customer orders, quotations, and telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately.
- Following up on customer orders and sales opportunities.
- Assisting Branch Managers with sales related enquiries and administrative support.
- Building, maintaining, and strengthening key customer relationships while adding value to our existing customer base.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- A solid work ethic and positive attitude.
- Previous experience in customer service and sales.
- Electrical wholesale or supply chain experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy.
