Project Planner / Scheduler – Commissioning Project
Kalgoorlie | 8:6 Roster | FIFO ex Perth | 8–12 Month Contract
We are seeking an experienced Project Planner / Scheduler to join a major commissioning project based in Kalgoorlie. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of a significant project while working alongside a high-performing projects team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.Monitor project progress and provide accurate schedule analysis and reporting.Support commissioning and project delivery teams with planning and scheduling activities.Identify schedule risks, critical path impacts, and opportunities for improvement.Produce weekly and monthly progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and performance metrics.Coordinate with site and project stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment.Manage project data and reporting within Pronto.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Planner / Scheduler on mining, construction, or commissioning projects.Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (essential).Experience using Pronto (essential).Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling methodologies, and critical path analysis.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.High attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced project environment.
