Àerre is an Australian fragrance brand creating designer-inspired scents, made in France, cruelty-free, and crafted to make luxury more accessible. As a fast-growing brand, we’re driven by creativity, strong storytelling, and a deep understanding of what makes visuals not just beautiful, but effective.

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who is a true creative. Someone who doesn’t just design, but thinks, explores, and brings ideas to life in a way that feels fresh, intentional, and on-brand.

In this role, you’ll create visually compelling assets across both digital and physical touchpoints. From social content and email assets to packaging, decals, and other brand collaterals, you’ll play a key role in bringing ideas to life through thoughtful design and robust visual storytelling. You understand that great design is more than aesthetics, it’s about communication, clarity, and performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

Creating assets for both digital and physical outputs (including packaging and print collaterals) Designing high-quality visuals for social media, paid ads, EDMs, and campaigns Translating briefs into thoughtful,



on-brand creative Exploring new ideas, layouts, and creative directions Collaborating with the marketing team to bring campaigns to life Ensuring consistency across all visual outputs

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of graphic design experience Experience with digital-first design (social, ads, email ) Experience with print, packaging, or physical brand assets is a plus Experience with creative AI tools (e.g. MidJourney, Firefly, Runway) is a plus, but not required Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) A strong eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling Someone who is proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Ability to balance creativity with performance-driven design
