Job Description

As Regional Manager, you will hold full operational accountability for the performance, delivery and profitability of employment services contracts across your allocated region.

Leading a team of Service Managers across multiple sites in theIllawarra & South Coast regions of New South Wales, you will drive performance against contractual, financial and quality measures, while strengthening relationships with employers, Services Australia and key community stakeholders. You will represent atWork Australia at a regional level and play a critical role in business growth, client attraction and service excellence.

In this role, you will:

Lead, coach and develop Service Managers to achieve strong performance and engagementEnsure all contractual, compliance, quality and financial obligations are met or exceededDrive placement, outcome and market share performance across all Employment Service AreasBuild and maintain strong relationships with Services Australia, employers and community partnersProvide clear operational leadership, performance management and governance oversightContribute to financial forecasting, reporting and risk managementRepresent atWork Australia at regional forums,



committees and community eventsChampion continuous improvement, service excellence and values‑led leadership

Qualifications

You’re a confident, commercially minded leader who thrives in complex, outcome‑driven environments. You bring robust judgement, emotional intelligence and the ability to balance performance with people‑centred leadership.

You will bring:

Proven experience leading teams and/or multiple sites within employment services or a related industryStrong understanding of contractual and compliance‑based service delivery environmentsSound financial and commercial acumenDemonstrated capability in leadership, coaching and performance managementExceptional stakeholder management and relationship‑building skillsStrong communication, organisational and decision‑making abilitiesA current Australian Driver’s Licence
