Park Medical Group is seeking an experienced and compassionate Practice Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team in Victoria Park, WA. As a full-time Practice Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare to our diverse patient community.
What you'll be doing
- Providing nursing care and support to patients during consultations, including conducting basic health assessments, administering immunisations and medications, and assisting with minor procedures
- Collaborating with the clinical team to coordinate patient care and ensure effective workflow
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical documentation
- Promoting health education and preventive care among patients
- Adhering to all relevant clinical and infection control protocols
- Actively participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities
What we're looking for
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification and current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a general practice or primary care setting
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Proficient in the use of medical software and technology
- A caring, patient-centric approach and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
