We are seeking a Customer Relations & Project Assistant to support both our Customer Relations and Traffic Planning teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow across departments, acting as a central point of coordination and support between incoming job requests and their transition through to the design phase.
Traffic Force was founded in 2006 and has grown into one of Western Australia’s leading traffic management companies. We support major road and infrastructure projects by providing traffic planning and design, accredited traffic controllers, hire equipment, and specialist support services.
Our focus is simple: understand our customers’ needs, deliver effective solutions, save costs where possible, and uphold and exceed industry best practices.
What We’re Looking For
1. Minimum 2 years experience in administration in a customer focused role or industry
2. Experience working from a structured checklist with KPIs and individual daily deadlines
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, confident dealing with a wide range of people
4. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow documented processes
5. Strong computer skills – experience with Microsoft systems and either a project management or CRM system
6.
Self-motivated with proven reliability and excellent time management and organisational skills, prepared to take complete ownership of tasks
7. Prepared to complete a wide range of administrational and hands on tasks as operationally required
On a daily basis you will be responsible for:
- Allocating projects
- Coordinating site inspection requirements
- Monitoring workloads
- Assisting with customer meetings
- Conducting site inspections
- Assisting with processing customer requests
