About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Boilermaker/Welder to join our team in Adelaide, SA. This full-time position is an integral part of our Installation Team, where you will be responsible for the completion of all welding takes onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and follow engineering drawings and specifications to fabricate, assemble and weld a variety of metal components and structures
- Operate a range of welding equipment, including MIG, TIG and Stick welding machines, to join metal parts according to precise requirements
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere to all health, safety and quality control procedures to deliver safe and compliant work
- Collaborate with team members to problem-solve and find efficient solutions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to your work
About You
- Qualified Boilermaker or Welder with 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to high quality and safety standards
- Working at Heights ticket
- EWP above 11 meters ticket
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment
- Current driver's licence and forklift licence highly desirable
