Hemco Industries is a proudly Australian-owned manufacturer of seatbelts and safety restraint systems for the automotive, industrial, and mining sectors. We are currently seeking a reliable, motivated, and physically fit Production Team Member to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role involving various aspects of the manufacturing process for seatbelts and related safety products. If you are looking for a stable, ongoing full-time position with a well-established company, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
You will be involved in a range of production and manufacturing tasks, including assembly, sewing, quality checks, and general production duties. Full training will be provided to the successful applicant.
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to ongoing full-time employment
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Able to consistently follow workplace health and safety procedures
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit and capable of lifting items up to 20kg
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, process work, or industrial sewing is advantageous
- Ability to read specifications, work instructions, or technical diagrams will be viewed favourably, but is not essential
