Your new role
Conduct payroll audits, reconciliations and compliance reviews.Investigate payroll issues and identify root causes of discrepancies.Interpret Awards, Enterprise Agreements and payroll legislation.Review payroll processes, controls and governance frameworks.Support payroll and HRIS implementation and transformation, including testing, process design and business readiness activities.Prepare documentation, recommendations and process improvements.Engage with stakeholders and facilitate workshops
What you'll need to succeed
Extensive end-to-end payroll experience within complex environments.Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, Awards and Enterprise Agreements.Experience in payroll compliance,



governance, remediation, audit or operational improvement activities.Exposure to enterprise payroll platformsWell-developed analytical, problem-solvingPrevious involvement in payroll transformation, system implementation or change projects will be highly regarded.
