As our organisation continues to grow, we are looking for passionate, reliable and experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team. We have participants located throughout Perth, with opportunities available from Mandurah to Alkimos and many suburbs in between.

About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centred supports that empower participants to live independently and achieve their individual goals.
- Behaviour support following Positive Behaviour Support Plans
- Supporting participants with complex needs
Every participant is different, so you'll have the opportunity to work with people of all ages and support needs.

- Acquired Brain Injury
- Complex behaviours
- Mental health conditions
- High and low support needs

Essential Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Current driver's licence.
- Reliable vehicle.
- Comprehensive motor vehicle insurance.
- Smartphone for ShiftCare and documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services or equivalent.
- Experience supporting participants with Autism or Intellectual Disability.
- Medication Administration Certificate.
- Manual Handling Training.
- Mental Health First Aid.
- Experience implementing Behaviour Support Plans.
