You'll work across digital marketing strategy, paid ads, client communication, creative direction, CRM, websites, reporting and optimisation, with strong systems, mentorship and support around you.

About the Role
As a Digital Strategist at Arrow Agency, you'll play a key role in managing client relationships, campaign performance and digital marketing delivery across a portfolio of builder clients.

You'll work closely with our Operations Lead and wider team to turn strategy into action across Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM workflows, SEO, websites, reporting and client communication

What You’ll Do

- Support client onboarding and strategy, including account setup and tracking across GA4, GTM, and websites

- Brief and collaborate on creative, copy, and campaign assets; create your own when needed

- Set up, optimise, and track digital campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads

- Work with landing pages, websites, SEO, and CRM workflows to improve lead quality

- Report results clearly and provide actionable recommendations





- Contribute ideas for messaging, creative direction, and ongoing campaign improvements

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years in digital marketing or client-facing marketing roles

- Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads

- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

- Creative, curious, and confident with clients

- Agency experience or CRM/SEO knowledge is a bonus

Location & Hours
Full-time based at our Minyama office. Some WFH flexibility available. Australian work authorisation required.
