About the Role

All Forks NQ is expanding, and we're looking for a highly motivated Field Service Forklift Technicians and Mechanical Technicians who are ready to take the next step in their career.

In this mobile service role, you'll perform mechanical maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, safety checks and breakdown work across a dedicated customer base. Whether you're an experienced Diesel Mechanic, Automotive Technician, Plant Mechanic, Forklift Mechanic, or someone from a related trade looking to upskill—this is your opportunity to join a growing fun team with strong support and real development opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

- Service, maintain and repair mechanical/material handling equipment

- Attend breakdowns and perform both reactive and planned maintenance

- Deliver excellent customer service while building strong client relationships

- Use the latest mobile technology to manage jobs and service records





- Maintain inventory across your service van and customer sites

- Accurately complete job cards, maintenance reports and compliance checks

About You

You'll be a great fit if you are:

- Qualified in relevant mechanic trade with a background in mechanical servicing, equipment maintenance, preventative maintenance, automotive, diesel, or similar

- Licensing: Possession of a current and valid Forklift Operator Licence is highly desirable, as it allows for testing and moving equipment.

- Drivers Licence: A current and valid Australian Driver's Licence (manual) is required.

- A commitment to safe working practices and a positive understanding of risk assessment procedures.

- Skilled at diagnosing and repairing equipment

- A strong problem‑solver with attention to detail

- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

- A confident communicator who values customer service

- Australian citizens and permanent residents only

Experience as a forklift, automotive or plant & equipment mechanic is essential.
