SCHÜTZ Australia is looking for dependable Operators / Factory Workers to join our DAY SHIFT team.
Immediate start available | Ongoing casual roles | $36.40 per hour | Weekly pay
This is a physical, practical role suited to people who enjoy routine work and being part of a reliable team environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
(Full training provided)
- General labouring and basic assembly
- Operating and monitoring equipment
- Inspection and line work
- Use of tools, hoses and plant machinery
- Maintaining a clean and safe work setting
About You
- Reliable and punctual — you show up and get the job done
- Comfortable with physical, repetitive work
- Team-focused with a positive attitude
- Strong awareness of safety
- Willing to learn and follow processes
No experience required — training will be provided.
Previous factory experience is advantageous but not essential.
Availability
- 38 hours per week | Monday to Friday

Work-Life Balance That Works
Day Shift:
- Monday – Thursday: 6.30am to 3.00pm.
- Friday: 6.30am to 12.30pm
Finish early on Fridays — start your weekend sooner!
