What you’ll needMandatoryCertificate IV or higher in Service Coordination (or extensive experience in similar role)First Aid CertificateCurrent driver’s licence & own vehicle with comprehensive insuranceEssential SkillsStrong knowledge of ageing issues, including dementia and behaviour managementAbility to undertake case management to a high standardExcellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skillsStrong organisational and time-management capabilitiesCompetent in Microsoft OfficeDesirableExperience in aged care, home care services or a related sector
