Permanent role with a global clientKeep projects on track in a fast-paced roleWork across teams on major resource projectsWe are looking for a highly organised Project Coordinator who thrives on keeping projects running smoothly behind the scenes. In this delivery-focused role, you’ll support project teams by ensuring consistency in methodology, tools, and templates while maintaining tight control over schedules, reporting, and financial tracking. You’ll play a key role across the full project lifecycle from proposal through to completion helping to manage timelines, track deliverables, and provide accurate forecasting. Working closely with cross-functional teams, your ability to communicate clearly and coordinate effectively will be critical to success.

Key Responsibilities
Support project delivery through methodology, tools, templates, and QA of deliverablesDevelop and maintain project schedules with dependencies, critical path, and resource planningTrack milestones, risks, issues, and ensure timely delivery with appropriate escalationManage project financials including forecasting, budgeting, and variance trackingProvide reporting, status updates, and work closely with stakeholders to support delivery success
Skills & Experience




Proven experience in a Project Coordinator or similar delivery support roleStrong scheduling skills with experience in project planning tools (e.g. MS Project)Excellent organisational skills with robust attention to detailConfident communication skills with the ability to engage across multiple teamsExperience supporting large-scale projects, ideally within mining or resources
Desirable / Bonus Skills
Experience in delivery operations or project controls environmentsUnderstanding of risk management frameworks and processesStakeholder engagement across cross-functional teamsExposure to change management methodologiesAbility to work in fast-paced, complex project environments
