We work across sport, fashion, lifestyle, licensing, retail and e-commerce, creating products and campaigns for some of the world’s most recognisable brands and sporting organisations.

Our office is fast-paced, creative and always changing. We are looking for an energetic Content Creator who can capture what happens behind the scenes and turn it into engaging, entertaining and authentic social content.

The Role

We are looking for a confident, creative and highly energetic Content Creator to produce vlog-style content from inside the Scout office.

You will be responsible for capturing the daily activity, personalities, product development, photoshoots, meetings, launches, wins and occasional chaos that come with running multiple growing brands.

This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk all day. You will be moving around the office, speaking with the team, filming content, developing ideas, editing videos and helping bring the Scout story to life.

The ideal person is comfortable both behind and in front of the camera and understands how to make business and workplace content feel entertaining rather than overly corporate.

Key Responsibilities

- Film regular vlog-style content around the Scout office

- Capture behind-the-scenes moments, product launches, design developments, photoshoots, events and team activities

- Create short-form videos for TikTok,



Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn

- Develop recurring content series featuring Scout’s brands, staff and projects

- Interview team members and confidently direct people on camera

- Identify interesting stories and content opportunities throughout the working day

- Edit videos with strong hooks, captions, pacing, music and platform-appropriate formats

- Assist with content calendars, campaign concepts and social media planning

- Monitor social trends and adapt relevant formats for Scout and its brands

- Help build the personality and public profile of Scout Brand Supply

- Organise and manage video footage and content assets

What We Are Looking For

- A naturally energetic, outgoing and curious personality

- Strong confidence speaking to people and appearing on camera

- Experience creating vlog-style or short-form social content

- Strong video filming and editing skills

- An excellent understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts

- The ability to turn everyday office moments into interesting content

- A strong sense of humour, timing and storytelling

- The confidence to approach staff, ask questions and create spontaneous content

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly





- A proactive attitude—you should be someone who sees a content opportunity and immediately starts filming

- An interest in brands, sport, fashion, products and popular culture

Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro or similar editing software will be highly regarded.
