As a Customer Service team member at Static Services you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers' satisfaction while effectively coordinating and managing schedules for our team. Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers with a friendly, reassuring voice that instantly puts them at ease.

- Follow our proven process while adding your own warmth and personality.

- Listen deeply,



understand their needs, and tailor each conversation to them.

- Keep calls positive and light, sometimes chatting about what they’d rather be doing.

- Use Scheduling software to manage each customer’s journey with precision and care.

- Work closely with the team to make the entire service process smooth and enjoyable.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role or a related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Solid organisational and time management abilities.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.

- A positive and customer-centric attitude.

- Monday-Friday position with optional Saturday work at 1.5x hourly rate.

Work Hours:
Monday: 8:30am-5:00pm

Tuesday-Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm
