Red Chair Cafe, located in Subiaco, is a decade old business known for it's consistently delicious and exceptionally high-quality food. For the past ten years, we have been awarded as one of the most popular Cafe serving the finest Vietnamese and Malaysian dishes in Perth in various print and digital media. We offer a small unique menu that our customers love, making our operations very easy and straightforward. We are a very busy restaurant/cafe business and are always looking for energetic and dedicated people to join our team.

Tasks & responsibilities:

- Preparing Vietnamese and Malaysian dishes on our Lunch & Takeaway menu





- Ensuring all food is presented to a high standard and in accordance with our recipes and quality standards

- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment

- Co-ordinating with other kitchen staff when needed

- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

What's Required:

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a chef in a rapid-paced cafe or restaurant environment

- Strong cooking skills with the ability to prepare a range of items in the asian cuisine

- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment

- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with the front-of-house team

- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations

- Any special training/education is preferred
