About the role

Labour Hub Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Warehouse Picker/Forklift Driver to join our team in Adelaide SA. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our warehousing and distribution operations. You will be responsible for efficiently picking, packing, and moving goods throughout our warehouse facility, whilst operating forklifts to maintain smooth logistics operations. This role is essential to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

1. Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to picking lists and shipping documentation

2. Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move goods, pallets, and containers within the warehouse

3. Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring goods are properly secured and organised

4. Maintain accurate inventory records and update warehouse management systems as required

5. Inspect goods for damage or defects before shipment

6. Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards

7. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality standards

8. Support other warehouse team members to ensure smooth daily operations

9. Report any issues, including equipment malfunctions or safety concerns, to supervisors immediately

What we're looking for

1. Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification shortly after employment (Required for Forklift but not for picker)

2. Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment (Preferred but not required)

3. Able to work on cold area (Maybe assigned to work in Chiller section)

4. Demonstrated ability to pick and pack goods accurately and efficiently

5.



Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards

6. Good physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

7. Excellent safety awareness and adherence to workplace health and safety procedures

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

9. Reliable, punctual, and with a positive work ethic

10. Basic computer skills and ability to use warehouse management systems

11. Clear communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
