This role is essential in ensuring the seamless installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems while maintaining the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, Service & Repairs: Install, service, and repair domestic and light commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Diagnose faults, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and ensure efficient system performance.
- Customer Communication & Service Excellence:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing clear communication on system issues, solutions, and maintenance recommendations.
- Technical Support & Coordination: Collaborate with the Airconditioning Manager and Service Coordinator to ensure timely job scheduling, efficient service delivery, and quality control. Assist in the training of apprentices and junior technicians.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Trade qualification as a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician or Electricians with a split ticket (UEE20120 Certificate II in Split Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems).
- Current Refrigerant Handling Licence.
- Restricted Electrical Licence
- White Card (Construction Industry Induction) preferred.
- Valid driver’s licence.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in refrigeration and air conditioning
- Experience in domestic installation
Skills:
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
