About the role

We are looking for someone who loves to provide an exceptional client service,



and keep our clients informed and happy all day, every day! Someone that loves creativity almost as much as they love keeping their clients informed, happy, and singing La Vida’s praises. Reporting to our Construction Manager with support from a Construction Experience Specialist Team Leader, the successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring clients have a remarkable (and stylish!) building experience.

Key tasks include:

- Supporting our Clients throughout their construction journey

- Providing pro active updates (utilising our fabulous technology to make it easy!)

- Liaising with Clients, Supervisors and other key stakeholder

This is a permanent full time role with an immediate start available. We will also consider part time (ie. reduced hours) for a superstar candidate, however we do need you to be able to work across 5 days.

A bit about you

As a client liaison, you’ve cut your teeth in the construction industry. You’re looking for a change of pace (otherwise, you wouldn’t be here, right?). A chance to jump headfirst into a new and exciting challenge and get the support and recognition you deserve.

And, when it comes to boxes, you tick them all:

- Strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to converse with stakeholders across various departments

- 1+ years’ experience in client liaison

- High level of organisational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work under tight time-frames, without any impact to quality





- Solid knowledge of the pre-construction and construction process (and the ability to read and interpret building plans)

- Fast, efficient, and agile with a desire to continually improve business systems

- Fun, collaborative and above all, someone who thrives as a team player

- Enjoys a fast-paced working environment that hasn’t missed a goal yet
