Full time Vehicle Spare Parts Store Person / Bodyshop Presentation Specialist

Located in Queensland on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, M Bodyworks is a small prestige Bodyshop and we have an exciting opportunity for a reliable, detail orientated team player to join our team in the role of Spare Parts Store Person / Bodyshop Presentation Specialist. This position is available for an immediate start.

This blended role is perfect for someone who is proactive, takes pride in their work, is 100% focused on creating the ultimate customer experience & enjoys a mix of structured warehouse inventory management and hands-on vehicle & property presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ordering of spare parts & consumables for vehicle repairs from local and overseas suppliers in a timely manner.





- Proactively manage purchase orders & returns according to their required ETA dates.

- Efficiently manage the receiving of parts & consumables including quality inspection & strategic storage of items.

- Accurate data entry of parts supplier Invoices.

- Communicating with Suppliers, Insurance Assessors & Clients via phone, email & in person.

- Maintain an organised & clean parts warehouse, wash bay & bodyshop to ensure the premises is consistently professionally presented.

- Vehicle cleaning & presentation after repairs.

Requirements:

- A excellent work ethic with attention to detail & communication skills.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and within a team.

- Exceptional organisational & time management skills.

- Hold a current open drivers license.

- At least 12 months previous experience in a store person role.

- Basic understanding of automotive components would be an advantage.

- Experience with Microsoft programs & iBodyshop Software would be an advantage, but training will be provided.
