As Production Supervisor, you'll play a key role in keeping our production line running smoothly, safely and efficiently. Working closely with the Production Manager and Leading Hands, your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and motivating the production team to meet quality, safety and output targets

- Monitoring compliance with HACCP, WHS and company policies and procedures

- Supporting SOP training and identifying opportunities to improve productivity and safety

- Diagnosing and resolving technical and product-based issues on the floor

- Preparing rosters, timecards and daily operation records (in the absence of the Production Manager)

- Managing departmental expenses, unit costs and staffing levels against budget targets

- Acting as Fire Warden and supporting site WHS induction,



incident reporting and toolbox meetings

You'll need solid interpersonal and leadership skills, solid literacy and numeracy, moderate computer skills and knowledge of ERP systems, along with a strong grasp of HACCP and WHS requirements. Baking qualifications and/or five years' plant baking experience are essential. Quality Management qualifications, SOP development experience and a First Aid certificate are a bonus.
