Multiple roles available for the right candidates - Part time to Full time Property Managers required in a multi-nationally awarded, boutique Real Estate company in Adelaide.
This role offers the opportunity to manage a residential portfolio while working directly along side and with the managing director of the business. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a residential property portfolio end-to-end
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conduct routine inspections and coordinate maintenance
- Manage rental arrears in line with procedures
- Coordinate lease agreements, renewals, and rent reviews
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies
About You
- 1–2 years’ experience minimum in residential property management (not necessary for right candidates)
- Current registration or ability to obtain
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Experience with property management systems (preferred)
