About the role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming patients and creating an exceptional first impression

- Managing appointments, phone enquiries and front desk administration

- Performing specialised neurological assessments using advanced technology (full training provided)

- Preparing patients for assessments and explaining procedures confidently

- Recording accurate clinical information

- Supporting our chiropractors throughout the day

- Helping maintain an organised, efficient and positive practice workplace

No chiropractic or healthcare experience is necessary—we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has previous reception, administration or customer service experience

- Learns technology and new systems quickly

- Communicates confidently and enjoys building relationships

- Stays calm, organised and efficient in a busy workplace

- Takes initiative and enjoys contributing to a high-performing team

- Is looking for a long-term opportunity to learn and grow

Hours

This is a casual position.

Typical shifts include:

- Weekday morning and/or afternoon shifts as required

- Saturday mornings (7:00 am – 1:00 pm) are essential





Additional shifts are available to cover annual leave, sick leave and busy periods.

This role isn’t for you if:
