About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated Senior Security Technician to join our team full-time based in Clarkson. You’ll work on a variety of commercial and residential systems, including alarms, CCTV, access control, and intercoms. There will be opportunities to learn and grow across new technologies and platforms. Your strong experience will not only benefit our clients, but our internal stakeholders also.

What You’ll Do:

Install, service, and maintain electronic security systems

Diagnose and resolve high end technical faults and complicated programming issues

Work independently and as part of a close small team, and provide support to the broader team

Communicate professionally with clients internally and externally to ensure great service





Keep accurate records and maintain high safety and quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

A current WA Security Installer/Technician Licence with at least 4+ years experience in a Senior Technician role

Proven programming experience will be highly regarded

Ability to share knowledge to the next generation of colleagues

Current Driver’s Licence

National Police Clearance or able to obtain

Strong work ethic and a genuine team-player attitude

Ability to work safely, reliably, and with pride in your workmanship

Excellent communication and customer service skills
