We are seeking a talented and experienced Cook/Chef to join our team at Two Slices Sandwich Bar in Scarborough. This is a casual role offering around 25 hours a week, and the chance to work in a fast-paced, dynamic hospitality environment.
What you'll be doing
- Prepare and cook a variety of fresh, high-quality sandwiches to our customers' specifications
- Ensure all food is prepared according to health and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to provide exceptional customer service
What we're looking for
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience in the hospitality/catering industry
- Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
- Passion for creating delicious, high-quality food
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
