Beak Engineering (Aust) Pty Ltd is seeking a Netmaker to join our Ausnets division in O'Connor, WA.

Ausnets specialise in design, manufacture, and installation of Netting Structures, Sporting Goals & Safety Equipment for sporting, mining, industrial, domestic, agricultural and defence applications.

The Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Netmaker to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the production, assembly, and repair of a variety of nets. This role is crucial to the ongoing success of our operations and requires a passion for craftsmanship, accuracy, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hand-making and machine-assembling nets.

- Inspecting finished products for quality and durability, ensuring compliance with customer specifications.

- Collaborating to develop customized solutions for unique client requirements.

- Assisting in repairs, modifications and maintenance of existing nets.





- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure secure and efficient production.

Highly Desirable:

- Previous experience in netmaking or a related craft, or a willingness to learn.

- Previous experience in post installations, rigging, fabrication or welding.

- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

- Ability to work with both hand tools and machinery.

- Good understanding of safety protocols and quality standards.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Reliable and punctual.

Must have full working rights in Australia
