We are currently seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our Purchasing & Logistics team at our Bibra Lake office and workshop facility. This is a 12-month fixed-term position, offering the potential for an extension based on business requirements and performance.

You will be doing
- Receive incoming shipments, verifying the accuracy of items and quantities.
- Inspect items for damage, quality, and compliance with purchase orders.
- Document and report any discrepancies or damages to supervisors.
- Properly store items in designated locations, ensuring efficient space utilisation.
- Maintain inventory control by accurately recording received and dispatched items.
- Organise and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Prepare orders for shipment, picking items from storage according to packing lists.
- Safely and securely pack items for shipping to prevent damage during transit.
- Label and record packages accurately for tracking purposes.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment, if required.
You will bring
- Current driver's licence and High-risk licence forklift (LF).
- Previous experience in logistics, including goods inward and outward handling, and packing/packaging for warehouse storage.
- Domestic and International logistic handling.
