ROM Pad Operators – 2:1 FIFO | Major WA Mining Projects

Boss Recruitment is seeking experienced ROM Pad Operators to join high‑performing production teams across major WA mine sites. If you know your way around CAT & Komatsu loaders and can keep a crusher fed safely and consistently, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

You’ll be working as part of a busy production crew, ensuring safe and efficient ROM pad operations to support daily processing targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing Run‑of‑Mine (ROM) stockpiles for the processing plant

- Operating large wheel loaders (CAT, Komatsu) to feed the primary crusher

- Maintaining consistent feed rates to meet production targets

- Operating Hitachi excavators to remove tramp metal and oversize

- Using rock breaker attachments to size ore correctly

- ROM pad housekeeping and maintaining safe work areas





What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience operating large loaders and excavators

- Loader & Excavator tickets

- White Card & Manual Driver’s Licence

- Strong safety focus and reliable work ethic

- Ability to work well within a production team

Role Details

- Location: WA Mine Site

- Roster: FIFO 2:1

- Pay: Competitive rates + weekly pay

- Must have full Australian working rights

- Must be located in WA
