Western Work Force are seeking an experienced Planner to join their team on a major commissioning and expansion project based in Kalgoorlie.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the successful planning and delivery of a large-scale construction project while working with a reputable contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Coordinate planning and scheduling activities across multiple work fronts.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential schedule risks and delays.
- Liaise with project managers, supervisors and site teams to ensure accurate planning and reporting.
- Produce regular progress reports, schedule updates and forecasting.
- Assist in resource planning and project sequencing to optimise project delivery.
- Ensure schedules are aligned with project milestones and client requirements.

About You:

- Proven experience in a Planner or Scheduler role within the construction industry.
- Strong experience using Primavera P6 and Pronto.




- Demonstrated experience planning and scheduling construction projects.
- Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
