Start with a clear pathway instead of learning everything the hard way
Anytime Fitness Casey is looking for a motivated Personal Trainer ready to turn their qualifications and passion for coaching into a sustainable business.
Entering the fitness industry can be challenging when you are expected to understand sales, marketing, lead generation and client retention from day one. This opportunity gives you a structured pathway and personalised support across each of those areas.
Whether you are newly qualified or looking for a stronger environment to restart your career, you will have a team invested in helping you progress.
What you will receive
- Structured onboarding with clear early priorities
- Regular 1:1 mentoring and performance coaching
- Support generating and following up member opportunities
- Practical systems for consultations, sales and retention
- Ongoing qualified and business development
- Freedom to control your schedule and business direction
What you will do
You will deliver individualised coaching, create programs and support clients in achieving sustainable results.
You will also build your client base by engaging with members, conducting consultations and consistently following up opportunities.
This is an independent Personal Training business opportunity. You will be responsible for building your business, but you will have the support and systems to do it with direction.
What you will need
- Certificate III and IV in Fitness, or current enrolment
- First Aid and CPR, or the ability to obtain them
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A coachable and accountable attitude
- The ambition to create a long-term career in fitness
