Day-to-day tasks include interpreting drawings and measurements, cutting and fitting glass, sealing and securing units, and diagnosing issues with existing installations. The role also involves liaising with customers and site supervisors, providing clear communication about installation timelines, product care, and any required follow-up work. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Perth, WA, where on-site work at customer locations and the manufacturing facility is combined with some work-from-home tasks such as documentation, scheduling,



and customer communication.Qualifications Strong skills and experience in glazing and window installation, including accurately measuring, cutting, fitting, and sealing glass.Proficiency in working with doors and related hardware, ensuring correct alignment, smooth operation, and secure installation.Experience with auto glass or other specialized glass applications is beneficial, demonstrating versatility across glazing environments.Ability to deliver professional customer service, including transparent communication, handling queries, and maintaining respectful interactions on-site.Previous experience as a glazier or in a similar trade role within construction, manufacturing, or building services.Sound understanding of safety practices, including manual handling, use of power tools, and compliance with relevant industry standards.Good physical fitness and the ability to lift, carry, and position glass and framing materials safely.Reliable transportation to attend worksites in Perth, WA, and a valid driver’s license.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and attention to detail.Relevant trade qualifications, apprenticeship, or demonstrated equivalent on-the-job experience in glazing or a related field.
