Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Cleaning Services Manager to lead and elevate cleaning operations across our growing remote Western Australian village portfolio.

This is a key leadership role within our Village Operations team, critical to maintaining exceptional service standards, strong client relationships, and a high-performing safety culture across multiple sites.

Operating on a full-time Monday to Friday roster, you will travel frequently to remote villages throughout Western Australia, partnering closely with site leaders and frontline teams to drive operational excellence and ensure the consistent delivery of secure, high-quality cleaning services across housekeeping, general facilities, and mine site environments.

With accountability for multi-site performance, you will align people, processes, and resources to deliver on contractual obligations, KPI performance, and customer expectations. You will lead from the front—coaching supervisors, removing operational barriers, and embedding a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and service excellence. Lead multi-site teams and transform performance by improving systems, removing inefficiencies, and embedding smarter, safer ways of working.

This role is pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction, positioning Civeo as a trusted partner in delivering outstanding village services.

Key Competencies & Experience

Demonstrated experience in a multi-site or multi-client cleaning leadership roleStrong background in commercial or industrial cleaning, housekeeping, facilities, or hospitality operationsProven ability to manage contractual obligations and deliver against KPIsStrong leadership capability with experience coaching, mentoring, and developing teamsAbility to build effective relationships and partner with stakeholders at all levelsAbility to navigate complex operational environments and drive outcomes across dispersed teams

Strong organisational and planning capability, including rostering and resource managementHigh attention to detail with a focus on quality and complianceExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong problem-solving mindset with the ability to remove operational roadblocksExperience in reporting, auditing, and performance analysisSound knowledge of workplace health and safety systems and practicesProficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools
