About the Role

You’ll be working with our Japanese-inspired cocktail list, featuring premium Japanese spirits and quality whisky's. This role is about delivering consistency, presentation, and guest engagement while supporting the smooth operation of the bar.

Your Role Will Involve

- Creating and serving exceptional cocktails with precision, consistency and flair.

- Engaging with guests, sharing your knowledge and recommending spirits and cocktails.

- Contributing ideas for signature cocktails,



seasonal specials and new creations.

- Maintaining outstanding standards of presentation, quality and service.

- Supporting smooth bar operations, preparation and stock control.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in a quality cocktail bar, restaurant or premium hospitality venue.

- Strong knowledge of spirits, mixers and classic and contemporary cocktail techniques.

- Confidence engaging with guests and delivering polished, memorable service.

- Excellent attention to detail, presentation and consistency.

- A positive, professional attitude and genuine passion for hospitality.

- Barista skills and wine knowledge will be highly regarded.
