This chance suits an experienced Mechanical Engineer ready to step into a senior or associate-level role, where you’ll take ownership of design delivery, build trusted client relationships, and mentor emerging engineers.
The Opportunity
You’ll be part of a high-performing, collaborative team delivering mechanical building services design across sectors including commercial, health, defence, infrastructure and data centres.
Working closely with our local team and national network, you’ll contribute to projects from concept through to detailed design—ensuring quality, performance and practical outcomes.
What You'll Do
Lead the design and delivery of mechanical building services packagesTake ownership of technical quality, coordination and documentationWork directly with clients,
contractors and multidisciplinary teamsProvide guidance and mentoring to junior engineersContribute to project planning, risk management and delivery outcomes
About You
Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)6+ years’ experience within building services consultingStrong technical capability across HVAC systems and building services designExperience delivering complex projects across multiple sectorsConfident leading design packages and engaging with stakeholdersChartered / CPEng (or working towards) highly regardedStrong communication skills and a collaborative approach
