Rapid-paced recruitment advisor required for mixed blue and white collar portfolio within the facilities sector
Are you an immediately available fast-paced recruiter who enjoys the challenge of a blue and white collar recruitment portfolio?
Reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader, you will be assigned your own portfolio of positions across multiple sites. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including:
- Engagement with hiring managers to support workforce planning
- Advertising and utilisation of all online and manual search tools
- Pre-screening and interviewing
- Presentation of shortlists
- Management of the offer process and liaison with mobilisation for onboarding
To be successful in your application, you will be an experienced recruiter from within the mining, hospitality or heavy industrial sectors with prior exposure to both blue and white collar positions. Prior experience of using PageUp would be preferred.
This contract will be to commence immediately for a period of six months.
