The role
This is a hands-on role in our fish and chippery and requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high pressure environment. We work in collaboration with our Italian counterpart next door.
We maintain high standards of food safety, allergen awareness and kitchen compliance.
The opening hours of the fish and chippery is 10am to 5pm daily.
What you need
- Strong stock control
- Experience in cooking Italian, Australian and seafood cuisine
- Professional approach and good time management
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure at a rapid-paced
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment preferred
