About the Role
As Flagship Store Manager, you will take ownership of a high-performing, high-volume store in Chadstone. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive sales, inspire your team, and deliver an elevated in-store experience that reflects the brand's reputation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop a large team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Drive a strong customer-first culture, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience
- Oversee all aspects of store operations including visual merchandising, stock management, and compliance
- Analyse performance and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Build a positive, high-energy team environment with a focus on engagement and retention




- Collaborate with senior leadership and contribute to broader business initiatives

About You

- Proven experience as a Store Manager in a high-volume or flagship environment
- Strong leadership capability with a passion for developing people
