Logikal Facade Solutions is seeking a motivated Site-Based Architect to join our growing facade delivery team on a landmark high-rise project.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate approved shop drawings into practical site installation details.
- Provide technical support to the installation team and resolve on-site design issues.
- Prepare, manage and close out ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans).
- Coordinate material deliveries with the warehouse and site team.
- Attend site meetings with builders, consultants and subcontractors.
- Monitor installation quality and ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate design changes, RFIs and as-built information throughout the project.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
- Experience in façade, curtain wall, windows,
cladding or commercial construction preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings.
- Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit experience is an advantage).
- Australian working rights and a current driver's licence.
