Snatched Waist is the first provider of rib contouring in the Australian market — a permanent waist-reshaping procedure performed by specialist plastic surgeons in Australia and Bali. With surgical locations on both sides, patients choose where they have their procedure — and you'll have an answer for every enquiry. Demand has exceeded every projection and our inbound lead volume is growing week on week. We don't need someone to find leads. We need someone who can convert them.

The role

You'll manage a pipeline of warm, pre-qualified inbound enquiries from women actively researching this procedure. Your job is consultative: guide each enquirer from first conversation through to a booked procedure with professionalism, empathy and pace.

- Respond to and convert inbound enquiries — no cold calling, ever

- Conduct consultative sales conversations by phone, video and message

- Manage your pipeline in our CRM (GoHighLevel) with disciplined follow-up

- Guide patients through information, pricing, location choice (Australia or Bali), scheduling and payment steps

- Work closely with our patient coordination team for smooth handover

- Hit conversion targets and report weekly on pipeline performance

What you'll need

- Extensive, provable sales experience — you will be asked to demonstrate your track record and conversion numbers





- Experience in cosmetic surgery, aesthetics or medical sales strongly preferred; failing that, real knowledge of or education in the cosmetic surgery world

- A consultative style — this is a considered, high-value decision for every patient, and pressure tactics have no place here

- Exceptional phone manner and written communication

- Self-management — you'll work remotely with genuine autonomy

- CRM discipline (GoHighLevel experience a bonus)

- Understanding of, or willingness to learn, Australian health advertising obligations (AHPRA guidelines)
