As a Retail Team Leader at Ride Electric, you will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. With a focus on leadership, teamwork, and strategic planning, you will play a pivotal role in achieving operational excellence and ensuring the success of our retail store. You will be remunerated accordingly. The more you grow your store, the bigger the opportunity for you!

- Oversee store operations: sales, customer service, inventory, employee rosters

- Drive sales & revenue, through promotions, merchandising & customer engagement

- Meet set KPI’s, identify areas for improvement & implement corrective actions

- Manage inventory levels & procurement processes

- Support company initiatives to achieve business objectives

- Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday work, or Tuesday to Saturday
