FOREplay Golf is the Central Coast's premier indoor golf simulator venue — world-famous courses on screen, a licensed lounge bar, and a crowd that ranges from first-timers celebrating a birthday to regulars grinding on their swing. We're after an all-rounder to help us run the show.

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, confident and personable team member to join our crew for no less than 20 hours per week - with additional available hours likely.

About the Role

This isn't a stand-behind-the-counter job. You'll be the face of the venue — greeting guests, getting first-timers comfortable on the simulators, pouring drinks, and keeping the place humming. You'll run solo on most shifts, (with support from the owners), so we need someone who's confident opening up, closing down, and owning the room in between.

Day to day, you'll:

- Welcome guests and set them up on the simulators (we'll teach you the tech — you just need to be comfortable learning it)

- Serve drinks from our licensed lounge bar

- Run shifts independently, including opening and closing the venue

- Look after bookings, walk-ins, and group events

- Keep the venue clean,



stocked, and ready to impress

About You

- Current RSA certificate (essential) - if you don't have it, you must be prepared to get it done ASAP

- A natural with people — friendly, warm, and just as positive with a nervous first-timer as a serious golfer

- Reliable, honest, and self-motivated — you don't need someone looking over your shoulder

- Comfortable with technology, or quick to pick it up

- Available across weekdays, evenings, and weekends — Saturdays especially - and some public holidays

- Golf experience? Nice, but not required. We care far more about personality than your handicap.

What's on Offer

- Minimum 20 hours per week — a genuine, dependable casual roster (roughly half weekday/evening shifts, half weekends)

- $33.85 per hour (adult rate incl. casual loading)
