An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Butcher to join our friendly and hardworking team. About the Role:

- Preparation and cooking of smallgoods

- Cutting, boning and preparing meat products
- Producing quality retail display products
- Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
- Providing excellent customer service
- Assisting with stock control and daily operations

About You:

- Exp. in retail or commercial butchery preferred
- Reliable, motivated and able to work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and customer service skills
