Central Coast Sports College is a progressive independent school situated on the NSW Central Coast that specialises in providing cutting-edge educational programs to student athletes from Kindergarten to Year 12.

We are seeking a fit and energetic individual to support our Cafe staff in the kitchen as a Kitchen hand/Dishwasher. Ideally you will be ready to start as soon as possible.

Employment is on a part time basis, 4 days or possibly 5 days per week - 10:30am to 3:00pm during school Terms.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Ensuring utensils, dishes and linen are washed & stored appropriately

- Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors, other kitchen tools & areas

- Disposing of rubbish

- Ensuring the food preparation areas are sanitised & hygienic

- Maintaining Cafe equipment to operating & hygiene standards

- Sorting, storing & distributing ingredients

Qualifications and experience





- Physically fit and able to stand for entire shifts

- High level of organisational skills and methodical approach to tasks

- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team

- Good at following instructions and paying attention to detail

- Solid understanding of food handling, sanitation and prevention of food-borne illnesses including own personal hygiene

- Working with Children Check Clearance

- National Police Check Clearance

- First Aid Certificate
