The Grout Guy is seeking THREE motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team at our Head Office in Landsdale.

As one of Australia's leading grout and tile restoration specialists, The Grout Guy is a fast-growing business with operations across Perth, Melbourne, Geelong, Sydney, Adelaide, and Brisbane. This is a fixed full-time position, and we are currently hiring two team members for our 6:00am – 2:30pm shift and one team member for our 8:00am – 4:30pm shift.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication platforms

- Scheduling customer quotations and jobs for The Grout Guy team

- Providing customers with clear guidance throughout The Grout Guy service process

- Managing and adjusting schedules efficiently, often within tight timeframes





- Working with Salesforce and other internal systems to maintain accurate records

- Thriving in a busy, high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional customer service standards

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a qualified phone manner

- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

- Previous scheduling, coordination, and/or administration experience

- The ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues across the business

- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and perform under pressure

- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a reliable, dependable approach

- Confidence using computer systems and learning new software platforms
