Casual Barista position available circa 25 hours per week

Our ethos is to make consistent high quality coffee 80%+ dine in using La Marzocca Coffee Machine,Mazzer grinders, puck press, Wally milk steamer RO filter system

Applicant must be experienced in making high quality coffee ( have the ability to taste the extract to ensure exacting parameters followed) proficient in latte art and be as enthusiastic about coffee as we are and prepared to work in a team environment

easy access and parking in Applecross in and around village shopping precinct with flexibility in rosters,

day work only though must be available at weekend days

open hatch window servery creating outstanding customer interaction

very busy cafe, established owner ( over 25 years restaurant experience) operated cafe/restaurant serving excellent food and coffee,excellent equipment and strong team and supplier support, excellent remuneration for the right applicant

well above award rates of pay for the appropriately experienced applicant
